McKinnon as Clinton appeared in a parody of a famous scene featuring Keira Knightley and Andrew Lincoln in the Christmas-themed romantic comedy Love Actually. The 2003 movie shows Lincoln's smitten Mark confessing through handwritten note cards that he is in love with Knightley's Juliet, his best friend's new bride.
The SNL sketch saw Clinton arriving on an elector's doorstep and flashing white poster boards with black lettering, imploring the woman [played by Cecily Strong] to vote for "literally" anyone other than Donald Trump Monday, including "John Kasich, Tom Hanks, Zendaya, The Rock, a rock" because Trump is "cray" and "will kill us all" if he is confirmed as U.S. president.
Like the movie, "Silent Night" plays in the background.
The show tweeted out a clip of the sketch with the caption, "Hillary Clinton still hasn't given up."
