'DuckTales' confirmed for 2017 return

LOS ANGELES, Dec. 8 (UPI) -- The new version of the animated series DuckTales will premiere on Disney XD in 2017.

The show's official Twitter account posted a 15-second clip Wednesday revealing the show's logo and confirming when it will debut.

"Get ready for some derring-do, bad and good luck tales! Woo-oo! #DuckTales," says a message accompanying the video.

The original cartoon aired 1987-90.
