NEW YORK, Nov. 23 (UPI) -- Scott Patterson, who plays gruff diner owner Luke on Gilmore Girls, revealed he knows the last four words to the upcoming revival episodes of the show.

Appearing on The Tonight Show alongside his Gilmore co-stars Sean Gunn and Liza Weil, Patterson told host Jimmy Fallon that he already knows the show's famed last four words.

"Maybe it's 'Kirk is your overlord,'" suggested Gunn, who plays Kirk, Stars Hollow's resident comic relief.

"My idea to Amy was 'Drop the gun, Kirk!' but she rejected that," Patterson joked about his Last Four suggestion to creator Amy Sherman-Palladino.

"It's bigger than all of us," said Weil, who stars as Rory's longtime friend Paris Geller.

Fallon and fellow Gilmore fans won't have to wait much longer. Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life premieres on Netflix on Friday.
