Vince Vaughn shows off new shaved head look on 'Ellen'

LOS ANGELES, Oct. 25 (UPI) -- Vince Vaughn's new shaved head was on full display Tuesday on Ellen, despite the actor's attempts to cover it up with a wig.

"I shaved my head for a movie. Completely clean," Vaughn explained to host Ellen DeGeneres, who took off the comedian's wavy wig as they sat down for their interview.

"And now, thankfully – because you don't know at my age – it's growing back," he continued.

Vaughn also shared how his 5-year-old daughter Lochlyn has been poking fun at his bald head.

"My daughter likes to humiliate me with it," he said. "I take her to her kindergarten at which point she will pull off my baseball cap and say, 'Ha ha ha, look who doesn't have any hair.'"

According to Entertainment Tonight, Vaughn's new look is for his upcoming role in action thriller Brawl in Cell Block 99. Vaughn had also previously sported a shorter hairstyle to appear in Mel Gibson's upcoming World War II thriller Hacksaw Ridge.
