LOS ANGELES, Sept. 19 (UPI) -- Leslie Jones addressed the recent hack of her website and attacks on Twitter Sunday onstage during the 2016 Emmy Awards.

"Thank you so much Ernst & Young. I don't know who this third dude is, but I really appreciate all of the hard work you do," Jones said to a group of Ernst & Young accountants who were being presented as the safe keepers of the Emmy winners list.

"But let's be real. Y'all protected something that no one is trying to steal. Don't nobody want to know about boring Emmys' secrets. But since you good at keeping things safe I got a job for you: My Twitter account!" she continued.

"Put that in the vault, please! Y'all over here using your skills to protect Best Voice Over in a French Sitcom? Meanwhile I'm butt naked on CNN. I just wanted to feel beautiful, y'all. Can a sister feel beautiful?"

Jones had only returned to Twitter recently after taking a mini-sabbatical from social media following the hack of her website, justleslie.com. The website was taken down in August after hackers posted personal information and several nude photos of the Ghostbusters star.

Photos of Jones' driver license, passport and internet famous gorilla Harambe were also posted. The hack was preceded by another break from Twitter earlier this year -- when she became the target of a hate campaign surrounding her role in Ghostbusters. Several users were permanently banned from Twitter after the incident including noted conservative commentator Milo Yiannopoulos.

Jones remained in good spirits at the Emmys, posting various backstage photos from the event on social media including selfies with host Jimmy Kimmel and various stars from Game of Thrones.

"JIMMY KILLED IT TONIGHT!! The Bill Cosby joke EPIC!" she wrote alongside a snap with the late night host. "Wait...OUEEN OF DRAGONS YALL!! And literally one of the nicest people I ever met. She didn't care I was geeking out," she continued in a photo with Emilia Clarke.
