Kelly Rowland, Meagan Good to star in Lifetime movie 'The 10th Date'

NEW YORK, Sept. 7 (UPI) -- Production has begun on The 10th Date, a small-screen, romantic comedy starring Meagan Good, Kelly Rowland, Keri Hilson, Kellee Stewart, Jeffrey Bowyer-Chapman, Cat Deeley and Brandon T. Jackson.

Filming is to continue through mid-October in Los Angeles and the TV movie is set to premiere in 2017 on Lifetime.

"The 10th Date follows friends Gabby, Nell, Billie and Margot who balance their dating adventures alongside their career ambitions at an upscale website in Los Angeles, under the watchful eye of their editor, Maureen," a summary from the cable network noted. "Inspired by the site's relationship advice column to find 'the one,' Gabby and Nell embark on their own journeys towards the elusive '10th date,' the Holy Grail in the dating world when women believe men are finally committed."

Nzingha Stewart is executive producing and will direct the film, which she wrote.
