LOS ANGELES, June 28 (UPI) -- Cheyenne Jackson has confirmed on social media that he will be returning to American Horror Story for Season 6.
The interview featured Jackson discussing the upcoming season and how the hit FX horror anthology series has been a new experience for him.
"It's just different than anything I've ever done," Jackson said.
"It was a genre I wasn't a part of before. I was thought of as a comedy guy, with 30 Rock and Glee. It's been fun to be a part of this horror fantasy world. Sarah Paulson told me early on, "Get ready for the passion and the fervor of American Horror Story fans. It's intense." I love how passionate, opinionated and into this world the fans are," he continued discussing the show's fanbase and star Paulson.
While much of the plot and cast for Season 6 remain a mystery, creator Ryan Murphy stated back in March according to Deadline, "The interesting thing about the next season is that we've been working on two ideas at once, which we've never done." He also then confirmed that stars Kathy Bates, Denis O'Hare, Angela Bassett, Sarah Paulson, Finn Wittrock, Wes Bentley, and Matt Bomer would be returning.
On American Horror Story: Hotel, Jackson was last seen as fashion designer Will Drake who moved into the Hotel Cortez and married The Countess played by Gaga.
