Dozens of Broadway's top musical artists are also set to appear on that evening's broadcast. The stars are to perform "What the World Needs Now Is Love," an updated version of the classic Burt Bacharach/Hal David song they recorded for "Broadway for Orlando," an initiative to help support the devastated LGBT community of Orlando, Fla., where 49 patrons of a gay nightclub were slaughtered by a suspected terrorist this month.

This will be the first time the song is to be sung outside the recording studio by the all-star Broadway lineup, which will include Roger Bart, Andrea Burns, Tituss Burgess, Charles Busch, Ann Hampton Callaway, Michael Cerveris, Kevin Chamberlin, Cynthia Erivo, Victor Garber, Renee Elise Goldsberry, Whoopi Goldberg, Joel Grey, Sean Hayes, Megan Hilty, Andrea Martin, Brian Stokes Mitchell, Jessie Mueller and Kelli O'Hara.
