NEW YORK, June 15 (UPI) -- Lena Dunham was able to successfully fool Jimmy Fallon in a game of Box of Lies Tuesday on The Tonight Show.

The game, which consists of each contestant trying to trick one another about what's hidden inside a mysterious box, started with the Girls star and creator lying about a set of Leonardo DiCaprio head shots that were labeled Frances McDormand.

"You lie!" Fallon yelled after Dunham unsuccessfully tried to convince him that the box contained a banana outfitted with crazy hair, goggly eyes and a raisin for a nose.

Fallon was also called a liar afterwards after he described a gladiator-style helmet filled with rubber duckies as a Barbie hot tub containing three of the Brady Brunch kids. "You're the biggest liar I've ever met in my life," Dunham said winning the round. "Like you could recognize a Barbie hot tub immediately!"

In the final round, Dunham received a copy of Grimm's Fairytales with a bottle of whiskey located inside. Choosing to tell the truth, Dunham won the competition after Fallon incorrectly guessed that she was lying. "It's just so weird. What am I supposed to say? I can't lie about this. It's too weird," the 30-year-old said.

Recently, Dunham and her Girls castmates Allison Williams, Jemima Kirke and Zosia Mamet threw their support behind the anonymous female Stanford University sexual assault victim by starring in a PSA urging viewers to "support, listen and take action," when it comes to sexual assault.
