LOS ANGELES, May 13 (UPI) -- Gilmore Girls stars Lauren Graham and Scott Patterson snapped a celebratory selfie as production wrapped up on Netflix's upcoming revival.

"That's a wrap! Just hand @thelaurengraham the Emmy now! #GilmoreGirls #Netflix #WarnerBrosTV #whatagreatride!" Patterson wrote on Twitter Thursday alongside the photo which featured the on-screen lovebirds smiling.

The duo who portray Lorelai Gilmore and Luke Danes respectfully, were last seen on Gilmore Girls seemingly back together as the original series came to a close.

Graham and Patterson will be rejoined with series castmates Alexis Bledel, Kelly Bishop, Keiko Agena, Sean Gunn, Yanic Truesdale, Liza Weil, Matt Czuchry, Jared Padalecki, Milo Ventimiglia and Melissa McCarthy who originally wasn't invited to be in the reboot.

The four-part revival, announced in January, will take place over the course of a year with each 90-minute episode representing a different season.
