NEW YORK, April 7 (UPI) -- Spike TV delves again into the world of late night with the addition of Adam Carolla and Friends Build Stuff Live.

The show, hosted by renowned television and internet personality Adam Carolla, will be a live broadcast featuring himself and a celebrity guest working on a construction project together, the network said in a press release.

The network has ordered 10 one-hour episodes of the show, scheduled to debut in 2017. Produced by Carolla, Talking Dead producer Michael Davies and Embassy Row Productions, it will be filmed in Los Angeles and include previously taped segments.

Carolla, a master carpenter, worked with Spike once before as the host of the network's Catch a Contractor. He is also the creator of the popular podcast, The Adam Carolla Show. As an actor, he has been seen on The Man Show, Crank Yankers and Loveline.
