LOS ANGELES, March 29 (UPI) -- The Nanny stars recently enjoyed a mini-reunion at Fran Drescher's house.
The 58-year-old actress reunited with Charles Shaughnessy and Renee Taylor to celebrate Taylor's 83rd birthday this month. Shaughnessy shared several photos from the party that made headlines after surfacing this week.
"Another photo from an evening with the mother-in-law! Happy birthday Renee!" the 61-year-old British actor captioned a picture with Drescher and Taylor, who played his eventual on-screen mother-in-law, Sylvia Fine.
The Nanny had a six-season run on CBS from 1993 to 1999. The sitcom starred Drescher as Fran Fine, a Jewish Queens native who becomes a nanny for Maxwell Sheffield (Shaughnessy), a British Broadway producer.
Drescher, Shaughnessy and Taylor previously came together for the 2004 reunion special The Nanny: A Nosh to Remember. Shaughnessy and Taylor also guest starred on Drescher's TV Land comedy Happily Divorced, which aired from 2011 to 2013.
"Frannie is one of the most loyal people in the business," Shaughnessy told TV Guide in 2011. "When I called to congratulate her on [Happily Divorced], she said I would have to come on and do a show. I said I'd love to ... It's nice to reconnect."
Drescher has since voiced Eunice in Hotel Transylvania and Hotel Transylvania 2. Shaughnessy played Cpt. Elliot Sanders on The Bay and Christopher Plover on The Magicians, while Taylor will appear in The Do Over with Adam Sandler.
