NEW YORK, March 8 (UPI) -- Mixed martial artist Paige VanZant, singer Wanya Morris, football players Doug Flutie and Von Miller, actress Kim Fields and broadcast journalist Geraldo Rivera are to compete on Season 22 of Dancing with the Stars.
The names were revealed on Tuesday's edition of ABC's Good Morning America.
Season 22 is to premiere March 21.
Last season's DWTS winner -- TV personality and wildlife conservationist Bindi Irwin -- appeared on GMA via satellite from the Australia Zoo to give the newbies some advice.
"G'day!" she said while smiling and holding a snake. "Honestly, I think it's so important to believe in yourself. Surround yourself with people who will support you -- your friends, your family. I prefer to have a few snakes around me. But, honestly, just believe in yourself, and you'll be able to accomplish anything."
Asked what she wished she knew about the show before getting started, Irwin replied: "I think really I wish I knew more to just remember to cherish every, single moment. I think that every week I was quite nervous for Monday night, and you want to try your absolute best, but you have to enjoy each little moment. Just remember it's about sharing your story."
