ABC renews 'Once Upon a Time' for Season 6

LOS ANGELES, March 3 (UPI) -- Once Upon a Time creator Adam Horowitz says ABC renewed the hit show for a sixth season.

"Thrilled to announce that #OnceUponATime has been picked up for season 6! Thank you ABC and thank you to the most extraordinary fans ever!" Horowitz tweeted Thursday.

The fairytale-themed series stars Ginnifer Goodwin, Jennifer Morrison, Josh Dallas, Robert Carlyle, Emilie de Ravin and Colin O'Donoghue.
