"Are you ready to take a class with the harshest, toughest group of choreographers in Los Angeles?" Corden asked referring to the three adorable toddlers who would be teaching them some new dance moves.

The duo, decked-out in '80s workout gear, proceeded to run, kick, run to the wall and collapse on the floor repeatedly on cue with their young dance instructors as Sia's "Alive" played on in the background.

As the hilarious dance session came to a close, Tatum decided it was "time for the cool down," which involved the group laying down on makeshift beds for nap time.

Tatum can be seen as Lucky Lane on the CBS series Supergirl, which airs Mondays at 8 p.m.
