LOS ANGELES, Dec. 4 (UPI) -- Kelly Osbourne will return to TV on CSI: Cyber in 2016.

The 31-year-old English television personality announced the news Thursday on Twitter, writing, "Excited to announce I'll be making a guest appearance on CBS' @CSICyber next year. Get ready! #CSICyber."

Osbourne will reportedly play Stella Kaine, a hacker known as the "Angel of Digital Death," on a Season 2 episode in early 2016. The character wreaks havoc on her victims by filing fraudulent death certificates and draining bank accounts online.

News of Osbourne's guest spot comes nine months after the television personality quit E! series Fashion Police. She was in her 10th season as co-host when she departed following Giuliana Rancic's comments about Zendaya's dreadlocks.

CSI: Cyber premiered on CBS in March, and returned for a second season in October. Patricia Arquette, James Van Der Beek, Shad Moss (aka Bow Wow), Charley Koontz and Hayley Kiyoko star as FBI agents who investigate cyber crimes.

Osbourne is daughter to Ozzy Osbourne and Sharon Osbourne, and came to fame with her family on the MTV reality series The Osbournes. She has since appeared on the TBS sitcom Are We There Yet? and voiced Hildy on Disney XD series The 7D.
