LOS ANGELES, Oct. 1 (UPI) -- Jessica Jones released a new trailer starring Krysten Ritter on Wednesday.
The preview sees the 33-year-old actress slam a shot of whiskey as the Marvel character after defeating several foes in a dive bar. The teaser is set to Joan Jett hit "Bad Reputation," and fails to show Ritter's face, like the previous trailer.
In the comics, Jessica Jones is a former superhero who possesses super strength, limited invulnerability and flight. She retires her powers after being forced to do a villain's bidding, and opens the detective agency Alias Private Investigations.
Jessica Jones will premiere Nov. 20 on Netflix, and co-stars David Tennant as Kilgrave, Mike Colter as Luke Cage, Rachael Taylor as Trish "Patsy" Walker and Carrie-Anne Moss as Harper. Eka Darville, Erin Moriarty and Wil Traval have recurring roles.
Ritter is known for playing Gia Goodman on The CW series Veronica Mars, Jane Margolis on AMC drama Breaking Bad and Chloe on ABC sitcom Don't Trust the B---- in Apartment 23. She last appeared in the Tim Burton film Big Eyes with Amy Adams.
