SPRINGDALE, Ark., Sept. 24 (UPI) -- Jill Duggar and sister Jessa Duggar will star on several forthcoming TLC specials.

The Hollywood Reporter confirmed the 24-year-old and 22-year-old siblings will return to television on two or three network specials. The first will reportedly begin production soon, and is expected to premiere before the end of the year.

One of the still untitled programs will follow Jill, her husband Derick Dillard, and their infant son Israel as they embark on their mission trip to El Salvador. The former reality star recently became a midwife after returning home from the assignment.

Another will focus on Jessa and her husband, Ben Seewald, as they prepare to welcome their first child. The 22-year-old is 34 weeks pregnant as of this week, and the couple expects their baby to be born Nov. 1, their first wedding anniversary.

The Duggar family came to fame on TLC series 19 Kids & Counting, which was canceled in the wake of eldest child Josh Duggar's sex abuse scandal. Jill and Jessa, who were among their brother's victims, subsequently appeared on the network's special Breaking the Silence in August.
