NEW YORK, May 22 (UPI) -- Part of the Game of Thrones cast lent their voices for a good cause.
One of the popular skits of Thursday night's Red Nose Day telethon was Chris Martin's Game of Thrones: The Musical.
At first Martin said, "This is the best idea we've ever had," but none of the other cast members were onboard with the project.
"One word that springs to mind when I'm thinking of this project is Titanic, but not in terms of the successful movie; in terms of the unsuccessful boat," said Emilia Clarke, who plays Daenerys Targaryen.
Just when Martin loses hope, Kit Harington comes in and others suddenly want to take part in the musical.
Harington, who plays Jon Snow, sings a GoT rendition of "Wild Thing" called "Wilding," and Clarke sings reggae jam, "Rastafarian Targaryen."
Nikolaj Coster-Waldau performs the "Closer to Home" ballad while Peter Dinklage runs through the character loses of the show in "A Man for All Seasons (Still Goin' Strong)." Unfortunately, to the Coldplay frontman's disappointment, this musical was not approved by George R.R. Martin.
