NEW YORK, May 20 (UPI) -- Wednesday's edition of CBS This Morning is broadcasting live from One World Observatory, which sits atop One World Trade Center in New York.

The network said this will serve as television's first look at the space and experience in advance of its public opening May 29.

Co-hosts Charlie Rose, Gayle King and Norah O'Donnell will be joined live on the 102nd floor by New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio, as well as 60 Minutes contributor and New York City native Anderson Cooper later in the broadcast. The program also will include a one-on-one interview with Charlie Rose and Tomorrowland actor George Clooney.

"We're excited to reveal this spectacular space," Chris Licht, executive producer of CBS This Morning and vice president of news programming for CBS News, said in a statement. "It is a true symbol of how far New York City has come since 9/11 and we're privileged to be able to take our viewers there."

The broadcast will include a report by CBS News' Anthony Mason, who will document the experience as a visitor guided by David Checketts, chairman and chief executive officer of Legends Hospitality. The program will also feature interviews with area residents and business owners who helped to rejuvenate the neighborhood following the devastating terror attacks there on Sept. 11, 2001.
