"Just finished filming my last Stefan and Elena scene with the amazing @paulvedere/@paulwesley," she captioned a picture of herself with Wesley. "Crazy. So many emotions. I'm lost for words. #Stelena #TVDFamily #PolaroidSeries."

"Ok. Officially a mess," she added to a snapshot of herself with Accola and Graham. "Finished filming with these two beautiful, sweet, sassy, amazingly talented and lovely ladies.... @candiceaccola @katgrahampics. Love you with all my heart and soul forever and always..."

Dobrev will complete two more days of filming before exiting the long-running teen drama. The actress admitted to feeling like "a blow fish" from crying "tears of joy & sadness," and declared herself "beyond lucky and grateful to have had this experience."

Wesley, Accola and Graham will continue to star as Stefan Salvatore, Caroline Forbes and Bonnie Bennett, respectively. The Vampire Diaries is based on the L. J. Smith book series of the same name, and airs new episodes Thursdays at 8 p.m. ET.
