NEW YORK, Jan. 20 (UPI) -- Lorenzo Lamas was the latest contestant fired on Monday's edition of the business-themed reality show The Celebrity Apprentice.

The former Renegade star got the ax after his team lost a competition to produce a viral video for Chock Full O'Nuts.

As team leader, Lamas was told by judge Donald Trump to nominate for firing two of his collaborators from among Kate Gosselin, Vivica A. Fox and Geraldo Rivera, but Lamas refused to give up any of his teammates.

"You're not willing to bring two people back [to the boardroom.] And I know you hate to do it and I know it's a hard thing to do, but you're just not willing to bring two people back. Is that right?" Trump asked.

"That's right," Lamas nodded.

"Lorenzo, you're fired," Trump said. After Lamas left, Trump said, "Quality person, but that's how it is."

Still competing on the program are Fox, Gosselin, Rivera, Ian Ziering, Johnny Damon, Leeza Gibbons, Sig Hansen, Brandi Glanville and Kenya Moore.

Earlier in the program, Trump called out Moore for harshly saying of her teammate Glanville in front of the entire cast: "I didn't bring up LeAnn Rimes with her... I didn't bring up the fact that her husband [Eddie Cibrian] left her for a younger, prettier woman."

Moore made the statement while complaining that Glanville constantly criticizes her personal life.

"That's a pretty tough statement," Trump said. "That was about as tough as you're going to get -- the younger, prettier... That's a pretty tough statement, right?"

"I've heard worse from her. Certainly, I have," Moore insisted. "You always want to say we don't like each other. I have a reason."

"Brandi, you're very pretty. Just so you understand. Do we agree?" Trump asked the cast, who nodded and said "yes."

"Thank you," Glanville said.

"That was so insulting, man!" Trump said.
