Kate Gosselin, Keshia Knight Pulliam, Brandi Glanville to compete on 'Celebrity Apprentice'

Set to premiere Jan. 4, the show will feature the return of previous "Celebrity Apprentice" winners -- including the late Joan Rivers -- as advisers. Rivers taped two episodes of the series before her death this past summer.

NEW YORK, Nov. 4 (UPI) -- Reality TV personality Kate Gosselin, former child star Keshia Knight Pulliam, comedian Gilbert Gottfried and singer Kevin Jonas are to compete on Season 7 of Donald Trump's business-themed competition series The Celebrity Apprentice, NBC said.

The cast will also include Sharknado 2 co-stars Ian Ziering and Vivica A. Fox; World Series champion Johnny Damon; actor Lorenzo Lamas; NFL great Terrell Owens; award-winning journalist, author, and talk show host Geraldo Rivera; Gold Medal Olympic snowboarder Jamie Anderson; best-selling author and television icon Leeza Gibbons; Sig Hansen, the star of Deadliest Catch and captain of the Northwestern; and reality stars Brandi Glanville and Kenya Moore.

Each contestant has a chance to win the competition and earn the honor of delivering a $250,000 check to their designated charity.

"This season of The Celebrity Apprentice is on point to be the best yet," Trump said in a statement Tuesday. "With 16 extraordinary contestants bringing their energy to the boardroom, it is sure to be a hit, as always."
