John Stamos to star on ABC drama 'Members Only'

The actor is also involved with a new comedy for the network, in addition to a "Full House" revival at Warner Bros. Television.

LOS ANGELES, Sept. 3 (UPI) -- John Stamos has landed a lead role on new ABC series Members Only.

The midseason drama takes an "upstairs/downstairs" look at an exclusive country club in Connecticut. The 51-year-old actor will portray a slick hedge-fund billionaire who is only admitted to the club because of his wife, Mickey Holbrooke (Natalie Zea).

Erin Brockovich writer Susannah Grant created and will executive produce the project. Betsy Brandt (Breaking Bad), Michael Landes (Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman), Boris Kodjoe (Soul Food), Luke Mitchell (The Tomorrow People), Jaime Lee Kirchner (The Mob Doctor), Maria Canals Barrera (Wizards of Waverly Place), Callie Hernandez and Chris Conroy also star.

Stamos is also involved with a new comedy for ABC, in addition to a Full House revival at Warner Bros. Television.
