Elisabeth Moss on Emmy snub: 'I can't complain'

NEW YORK, Aug. 4 (UPI) -- Mad Men star Elisabeth Moss said in an interview Monday that she is not upset about an Emmy snub for her role as the headstrong Peggy Olson on the AMC hit series.

"I'm 32-years-old -- I just turned 32 -- and I've been nominated like six or seven times for Emmys so it's like I can't complain. I can't complain, you know what I mean, it's been amazing to ... it would have been amazing to have been nominated at least once, let alone that many times. So it's one of those things are you really going to wake up that morning and be like, 'Damn -- I really feel snubbed,'" she told HuffPost Live.

She said that filming the show's final episodes was very emotional, and while she wouldn't call out the specific criers, there were a lot of tears.

"The last three days were kind of like a funeral," Moss said. "It was just everybody crying all day long -- these big, giant men bursting into tears."

Mad Men will air its final episodes in 2015.
