Actors are just now being cast for the parts, and E! News reports "the characters won't stray too far from their movie counterparts." Kristen Bell voiced Anna in the original movie, and has expressed interest in the live action role. Elsa and Kristoff were voiced by Idina Menzel and Jonathan Groff, respectively.

"We're not going to redo the movie," Once Upon a Time creator Adam Horowitz told E! News of Frozen. "What we can say is we're very aware of what we think makes this character from Frozen so special and we want to honor that and make sure that what we do is in the universe of what everyone fell in love with this past year."
