LOS ANGELES, May 12 (UPI) -- Olympic ice dancer Charlie White and his professional dance partner Sharna Burgess were eliminated from the Dancing with the Stars Season 18 semifinals in Los Angeles Monday night.

"I think all these people are so deserving. From start to finish, it has been an amazing journey," White said upon learning his fate. He then vowed to be a loyal cheerleader to his skating partner and DWTS finalist Meryl Davis now that he is out of the competition.
