Ann-Margret joins 'Ray Donovan' cast in Season 2

NEW YORK, Feb. 25 (UPI) -- Emmy-winning actress Ann-Margret has landed a recurring role on the second season of the Los Angeles-set drama series "Ray Donovan," Showtime announced.

"Ann-Margret will play the ever-beautiful June Wilson, a major star back in her day who has a past with Ray's boss Ezra Goldman," the cable television network said in a news release Monday.

Liev Schreiber plays the titular professional fixer, while Elliott Gould plays Ezra.

Production on the second season's 12 episodes is currently under way in Los Angeles. The show is set for a summer premiere on Showtime.

Ann-Margret is best known for her roles in the movie musicals "Viva Las Vegas," "Pocketful of Miracles" and "Bye Bye Birdie."
