LOS ANGELES, Feb. 21 (UPI) -- Principal photography began in Los Angeles this week on the big-screen followup to the hit HBO series "Entourage," Warner Bros. Pictures announced.

The feature film reunites the show's original cast, including Kevin Connolly, Adrian Grenier, Kevin Dillon, Jerry Ferrara and Jeremy Piven.

Doug Ellin -- who created the HBO series -- is directing the feature film from his own screenplay.

The movie will co-star Billy Bob Thornton and Haley Joel Osment as a father and son.

No other details regarding their roles were immediately available.

"Movie star Vincent Chase, together with his boys -- Eric, Turtle and Johnny -- are back ... and back in business with super agent-turned-studio head Ari Gold," a synopsis said. "Some of their ambitions have changed, but the bond between them remains strong as they navigate the capricious and often cutthroat world of Hollywood."
