Syfy orders 26 more episodes of 'Haven'

NEW YORK, Jan. 29 (UPI) -- Syfy says it has ordered 26 new episodes of its series "Haven," with production set to start this spring in Nova Scotia.

The first 13 episodes of Season 5 are to air this fall, while the remaining 13 installments are scheduled to air in 2015.

Series stars Emily Rose, Lucas Bryant and Eric Balfour will reprise their roles of Audrey Parker, Nathan Wournos and Duke Crocker, respectively.

Based on Stephen King's novella "The Colorado Kid," the drama follows former FBI agent Audrey Parker, who becomes a police officer in the small town of Haven, Maine, and soon discovers the town's many secrets, which also hold the key to unlocking the mysteries of her lost past, a synopsis said.
