Eurythmics to reunite for Beatles tribute

LOS ANGELES, Jan. 6 (UPI) -- Eurythmics Annie Lennox and Dave Stewart are to reunite on "The Night That Changed America: A Grammy Salute to the Beatles" in Los Angeles.

The special marking the 50th anniversary of the Beatles' U.S. debut performance on "The Ed Sullivan Show" is to be broadcast Feb. 9 on CBS.

Also booked to perform on the program are Alicia Keys and John Legend, as well as Maroon 5; and John Mayer and Keith Urban.

The show will be taped Jan. 27, the day after the 56th annual Grammy Awards are presented.

Additional performers and presenters will be announced shortly, CBS and the Recording Academy said.
