Camille Grammer gets restraining order against boyfriend

LOS ANGELES, Oct. 29 (UPI) -- A Los Angeles judge has granted a temporary restraining order directing Dimitri Charalambopoulos to stay away from his girlfriend, Camille Grammer, TMZ said.

The TV personality said Charalambopoulos pulled her hair, as well as bruised and battered her, during an argument Oct. 16 in the Houston hotel room where she was recovering from cancer surgery.

Grammer also said her beau threatened her and smashed her iPhone when she tried to call for help.

TMZ did not say if any criminal charges have been filed against Charalambopoulos regarding the alleged incident.

Grammer is the ex-wife of actor Kelsey Grammer and a former cast member of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills."
