NEW YORK, Aug. 6 (UPI) -- PBS says it will air next spring a four-part second season of "The Bletchley Circle," a British mystery drama about female code-breakers in the 1950s.
The show will run Sunday nights, the network said.

"We're thrilled to bring back 'The Bletchley Circle,'" Beth Hoppe, chief programming executive and general manager of general audience programming for PBS, said in a statement Tuesday. "It is a smart show that features fascinating, strong women characters and superb writing. Drama has always been a critical part of what we offer on PBS and the audience reaction to 'The Bletchley Circle' and other shows has been fabulous."
The series stars Anna Maxwell Martin, Rachael Stirling, Sophie Rundle, Julie Graham and Mark Dexter.
