Danny McBride injured in skating mishap

LOS ANGELES, July 16 (UPI) -- Danny McBride said he was released from a North Carolina hospital after he had a roller-skating mishap while taping an episode of "Eastbound & Down."

"I busted my ass on roller skates. The roller skates won," the writer and actor told TMZ Tuesday.

The celebrity news website said he didn't suffer any serious injuries in the fall and has since been released from the hospital.
