NEW YORK, July 3 (UPI) -- James Gandolfini left the majority of his $70 million estate to his 13-year-old son Michael and infant daughter Liliana, court papers filed in New York show.

His will -- dated Dec. 19, 2012 -- was filed in Manhattan Surrogate's Court Tuesday, the New York Post said.

The court documents ordered the distribution of millions of dollars to relatives and friends, including his personal secretary and assistant, but the bulk of the estate will go to Michael through a trust set aside for him until he turns 21.

He and his half-sister also will share ownership of their father's estate in Italy when Liliana turns 25 while "the remainder" of Gandolfini's estate will be split among his two sisters, wife Deborah Lin and baby daughter, the Post said.
