Oprah Winfrey is No. 1 on Forbes' Powerful Celebrity list

NEW YORK, June 27 (UPI) -- U.S. media mogul Oprah Winfrey has topped Forbes' 2012-13 Most Powerful Celebrities list.

Coming in at No. 2 on the roster is pop star Lady Gaga, followed by filmmaker Steven Spielberg at No. 3, singer Beyonce at No. 4 and recording artist Madonna at No. 5.

Rounding out the top tier are country music star Taylor Swift at No. 6, rock band Bon Jovi at No. 7, tennis player Roger Federer at No. 8, teen idol Justin Bieber at No. 9 and talk-show host Ellen Degeneres at No. 10.
