'Big Bang Theory', 'Breaking Bad' score Critics' Choice Awards

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif., June 11 (UPI) -- "The Big Bang Theory" and "Breaking Bad" were the big winners at the Critics' Choice Television Awards ceremony in Beverly Hills, Calif., Monday night.

In addition to scoring the Best Comedy Series prize, "The Big Bang Theory" also earned the Best Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series honor for Simon Helberg. Sharing the Best Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series title were "Big Bang Theory" cast member Kaley Cuoco and Eden Sher of "The Middle."

Louis C.K. of "Louie" was named Best Actor in a Comedy Series and "Veep" actress Julia Louis-Dreyfus was declared Best Actress in a Comedy Series.

"Breaking Bad" and "Game of Thrones" tied for Best Drama Series, while "Breaking Bad" star Bryan Cranston earned the Best Actor in a Drama Series honor and Tatiana Maslany of "Orphan Black" scooped up the Best Actress in a Drama Series trophy.

Michael Cudlitz of "Southland" went home with the Best Supporting actor in a Drama Series award and Monica Potter from "Parenthood" took the Best Supporting Actress statuette.

"Behind the Candelabra" won the prize for Best TV Movie or Miniseries and star Michael Douglas garnered the award for Best Actor in a Movie or Miniseries.

Elisabeth Moss was recognized as Best Actress in a TV Movie or Miniseries for "Top of the Lake."

"Duck Dynasty" and "Push Girls" tied for Best Reality Series, "The Voice" won for Best Reality Competition Series and "The Daily Show With Jon Stewart" was named Best Talk Show.
