Porsha Stewart first heard about her divorce on Twitter

ATLANTA, April 23 (UPI) -- "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Porsha Stewart says she learned on Twitter her husband, NFL player Kordell Stewart, had filed for divorce.

"I was totally blindsided," Stewart said on TV's "Watch What Happens Live" Sunday. "But when I found out about the divorce, it was absolutely a surprise."

Porsha Stewart recalled waking up from a nap to see she had missed calls from her sister.

"She said, 'Have you heard?' And I'm like, 'Heard what?' So I went to Twitter and the first thing I see is, 'Kordell divorcing Porsha,'" she said. "And I'm like, 'This is just a crazy joke...' I found out from Twitter."

Kordell Stewart filed for divorce March 22 after less than two years of marriage, UsMagazine.com said.
