Next Golden Globe Awards ceremony set for Jan. 12, 2014

UNIVERSAL CITY, Calif., April 19 (UPI) -- The Hollywood Foreign Press Association says the 71st annual Golden Globe Awards ceremony has been scheduled for Jan. 12, 2014.

The event, which will honor the best in film and television for 2013, will air live on NBC from the Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills. , Calif.

  Nominations for the prize presentation are to be announced Dec. 12, 2013.

No host or co-hosts for the event have been announced yet.

Amy Poehler and Tina Fey shared emcee duties for the 2013 edition of the show.
