LOS ANGELES, April 17 (UPI) -- "Friends" co-creator Marta Kauffman says there is no truth to the rumor claiming cast members of the New York-set sitcom are reuniting for an 11th season.

Starring Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc, Matthew Perry and David Schwimmer, the show initially ran from 1994 to 2004 and can now be seen in reruns.

Kauffman told E! News there are no plans to make additional episodes of the show or a movie reunion -- possibilities widely floated in the media.

E! said a source at NBC, the sitcom's former home, also said the reunion rumor is "not true."
