LAS VEGAS, April 5 (UPI) -- Former "Who's the Boss?" sitcom child-star Danny Pintauro told UsMagazine.com he is engaged to his boyfriend, Wil Tabares.

"He made a video, and in the video held up the box [with the ring]," Pintauro, 37, told the magazine. "I looked up and he had it in his hand!"

Pintauro is now a Las Vegas restaurant manager. Tabares works for a casino. The one-time actor said they want to move to California once same-sex marriage becomes legal.

"We live in a state, Nevada, that does not yet allow same-sex marriage," Pintauro said. "Our plan is to move to California once Prop 8 is overturned. ... Wil is the best, and I couldn't be happier to spend the rest of our lives together!"
