Actress Lindsay Hartley seeks divorce

LOS ANGELES, May 6 (UPI) -- Soap opera star Lindsay Hartley filed divorce paperwork in a Los Angeles County court to end her marriage to fellow actor Justin Hartley.

The petition cites irreconcilable differences with Lindsay seeking custody of the couple's 7-year-old daughter.

TMZ.com reported Justin Hartley had yet to respond.

The Hartleys met in 2003 on the set of the soap opera "Passions" and were married the following year, TMZ said Sunday.

Lindsay Hartley moved on to "All My Children" and "Days of Our Lives." Justin appeared in the television series "Smallville."
