'Cougar Town' plans 'Scrubs' reunion

LOS ANGELES, Feb. 28 (UPI) -- Former "Scrubs" co-stars Sarah Chalke, Sam Lloyd and Robert Clendenin are to guest star on an episode of the U.S. sitcom "Cougar Town," ABC said.

"Scrubs" alum Ken Jenkins and Robert Maschio also will appear in the March 13 installment of "Cougar Town."

The actors will play new characters, not reprising their "Scrubs" alter-egos, ABC said.

"Scrubs," a comedy series set in a hospital, ran from 2001 to 2010.
