LOS ANGELES, Sept. 20 (UPI) -- The fan-voted People's Choice Awards are to take place in January at the Nokia Theater LA Live in Los Angeles, organizers announced Tuesday.
The event honoring the previous year's best in film, TV and music is set for Jan. 11 and to air on CBS.

Mark Burnett will return as executive producer of the telecast, which will help kick off the 2012 awards show season.
"I love producing the People's Choice Awards and I am so glad to be back for the 2012 show," Burnett said about returning for his third consecutive year as PCA executive producer.
