WASHINGTON, Sept. 14 (UPI) -- "Real Housewives of D.C." cast member Michaele Salahi is in Memphis with Neal Schon, the lead guitarist for Journey, the band's publicist said.

Salahi and Tareq, her husband of eight years, gained infamy when they turned up uninvited at a state dinner at the White House two years ago.

TMZ said Tareq called police several times Tuesday night and Wednesday, stating he believed his wife had been kidnapped because she was gone and didn't take any of her belongings with her.

However, the entertainment news Web site said Salahi has been dating Schon and is following him on tour this week.

"Nobody kidnapped her and they are in Memphis together," Scoop Marketing, which represents Journey, told TMZ.
