Cavallari and Cutler get engaged

LOS ANGELES, April 26 (UPI) -- U.S. reality television personality Kristin Cavallari and Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler got engaged while on vacation in Mexico, UsMagazine.com said.

Cutler proposed to Cavallari during the weekend. The couple have been dating for about eight months.

"She is so excited and completely blind-sided," an insider told the celebrity Web site Tuesday. "They've been celebrating all weekend; Kristin told her girlfriends on Monday."
