LOS ANGELES, Oct. 3 (UPI) -- U.S. reality celebrity Kelly Osbourne says Bruno Tonioli is the "shock jock" of ABC's "Dancing with the Stars."

People magazine talked with Osbourne, 25, while she was attending Teen Vogue's Young Hollywood Party in Los Angeles. "I thought that Bruno was really harsh on (singer) Michael Bolton," the DWTS alum Osbourne said, "but when you watch it you can understand why he was really harsh."

Tonioli's "a judge, and that's what he gets paid to do," Osbourne said. "He's the shock jock of the judging panel. Yes, he was hard, but don't go on a show where you have to judge if you don't want to be judged!"

Osbourne says she's now rooting for Margaret Cho to win the U.S. version of the dancing competition.
