SALT LAKE CITY, June 14 (UPI) -- Gary Coleman's death certificate lists the cause of the former U.S. child star's death as a fall, with chronic renal failure as a contributing factor.

The document, which categorized the 42-year-old actor's May 28 death as an accident, was made public Monday, UsMagazine.com reported.

The one-time "Diff'rent Strokes" star, whose congenital kidney disease had halted his growth at 4-feet-8-inches, underwent 4 hours of dialysis treatment hours before he hit his head, which lead to a brain hemorrhage, the Web site said.

Funeral plans for Coleman have been announced and rescheduled more than once. At this point, no plans for a memorial have been made public while Coleman's ex-wife and former manager battle over who has control of Coleman's estate.
