LOS ANGELES, Feb. 6 (UPI) -- Los Angeles records show actress Kate Walsh is prepared to finalize her divorce from her husband by letting a coin toss decide how belongings are divided.

The settlement agreement between Walsh and her former husband, studio executive Alex Young, states Young will receive 50 percent of all residuals Walsh earns as a result of work performed during their marriage, People.com said Friday.

The settlement, which also gives Young $627,000, said a percentage of the former couple's mutual belongings will be split based on a simple coin toss.

"One-half of the community property furniture and artwork to be divided by alternating picks after the flip of a coin to determine who will pick first," the agreement states.

As part of the divorce agreement between Walsh, 42, and her former husband, the "Private Practice" star gets to keep various bank accounts, a home and a piano.

People magazine said Walsh and Young were married for 14 months after tying the knot in September 2007.
