'mother!' premiere in New York City (8 images)

Jennifer Lawrence and Javier Bardem, stars of director Darren Aronofsky's new film, "mother!," attended the premiere at Radio City Music Hall in New York on Sept. 13.

The thriller, which also stars Michelle Pfeiffer and Ed Harris, tells the story of a married couple, Lawrence and Bardem, whose peaceful life is turned upside down with the arrival of two guests, Pfeiffer and Harris, who come to stay with them.

"mother!" premieres in theaters on Sept. 15.
